  1. Early stage companies, from $300,000 to $1,000,000 in annual revenue
  2. Defensible aim / niche
  3. Primarily cloud based software
  4. Leadership we can team with
  5. Companies that have existing / paying customers
  6. Committed to execution, and receptive to input
  7. Valuation within reason
  8. At the stage where an initial $200,000 to $300,000 investment is meaningful
  9. Palpable growth potential
  10. Kansas City or Lawrence

We're not employees,  but we tend to be more “proactive” than many Venture Capital or Private Equity firms.
